December and the whole run up to Christmas is normally pretty manic. This year, as it looks like it’s going to be dinner for six, why not look on the current situation as an opportunity set a little time aside to focus on the close family and enjoy all that the season has to offer with them. Christmas shopping, events and markets around Morfa Nefyn
As we’re publishing this blog in October, alongside the launch of our Christmas Menus, it’s fair to say that many of the traditional Christmas markets are still in a state of flux. So, keep an eye on our Facebook page, and we’ll keep you up to date with the latest local festive activities as they reveal themselves.
As ever the pub will be ‘dressed’ for the season, our Christmas menus will all be on offer, alongside our normal selection and the fires will be lit. All in all, it’s going to be a great setting in which to grab some quality time for you and yours, in the run up to the big day.

If we were planning the perfect day out in the Llyn Peninsula area, we’d mix some time enjoying a seasonal shopping trip to some of the quirky and independent shops in the surrounding villages and entertainment options are available, with either;
A bit of exploring the great outdoors - The countryside around the pub has plenty of walking and cycling options, as well as a few big houses that are definitely worth a Christmas visit.
Wet afternoon? Sit back and relax next to our roaring fires with a glass of mulled wine and a good book. As crazy as it sounds, relaxing in safe and comfortable surroundings is truly the best Christmas treat you can give yourself after every 2020 has thrown at us.
Whatever your preference, taking a little time for yourself and your family, in the hectic run up to Christmas, can be a great way to kick back before revving back up for the big day.
